金三角構成專案後，由顧問老師組成專案小組，鏈結內部資源輔導專案執行。新進的成員須先通過顧問老師評估專案性質的合適性。通過者成為專案執行者。新進成員會從「專案實習」開始學習參與專案，並由顧問老師依據專案執行能力進行評估與討論後，成為「專案設計師」可獨自或組成團隊執行專案；每個專案成立時會選出「專案經理人」，需召集專案成員，協助與監控各專案執行進度，確保專案順利執行。 因應不同需求所產生的新專案可以構成新的運作模式，提供之後有相同需求之模式可循。
